Domestic (USA) Return Policy

First Order Guarantee
If this is your first order with Zerafite, you're covered by our no questions asked, 30-day money back guarantee, valid from the date of delivery. This applies even if the product has been opened or used. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin your return. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label, and the product must be shipped back to us before your refund is issued. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer valid or has expired, we will issue a store credit instead. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns After Your First Order
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any order after your first, as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The only exception: if you received the incorrect item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Subscription Orders
Recurring subscription orders, meaning any subscription order automatically placed after your initial order, are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. International Orders
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including under the First Order Guarantee, due to the cost of return shipping. This does not apply if you received the incorrect item, or your order arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returning Your Product:

  • Contact Customer Service at support@zerafite.com
  • Once authorized, you will be sent a return label by email
  • Ship your return using the pre-addressed shipping label

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend you retain your shipping receipt for proof.
