Zerafite facial moisturizers are dermatologist-developed barrier repair creams for skin that gets dry again a few hours after moisturizing. They work by restoring the skin barrier rather than sealing it, using Maltese Cross Technology to deliver ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids in the 1:1:1 ratio your barrier is built from.

There are four face creams, and they differ by what your skin needs beyond hydration.

• Barrier Repair Moisturizer ($50, 2.2 fl oz) is the starting point. Non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and designed not to sting, which makes it a common pick for skin recovering from tretinoin, acne medication, or over-exfoliation.
• Soothing and Calming Moisturizer ($60, 2.2 oz) adds niacinamide, argan oil, and antioxidants for dry, rosacea-prone skin that flushes or reacts. Also used for post-procedure skin.
• Skin Brightening Barrier Cream ($55, 1.7 fl oz) adds niacinamide, vitamin C, and licorice root extract for dry skin dealing with dark spots, melasma, or dullness. A refill pod is available.
• Wrinkle Defense Barrier Cream ($70, 2.7 oz) adds peptides, ceramide NP, and antioxidants for dry, wrinkle-prone skin. Fragrance-free and paraben-free, and safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

All four are made in South Korea and were developed by Dr. Leslie Baumann with Korean skin barrier scientist Dr. Jong-Kyung Youm. Apply morning and night after cleansing, over the face and neck.
