Fill in the application on our Wholesale page. You will need your business name and address, a business email that you do not use for personal Zerafite orders, and one document that shows you are a business: a resale certificate, a seller's permit, a business license or registration, or a professional license.

No. If you already order Zerafite through Skin Type Solutions, keep ordering there.

We review every application and reply by email within a week.

We email the address on your application. Sign in with that email and our Wholesale page will show that your account is active.

Use the account icon at the top of any page, or the Log in link on our Wholesale page. Enter your approved email and we email you a six-digit code. There is no password.

You are not signed in. Sign in with your approved email and wholesale prices will show.

Yes. Every product is ordered in lots of 12 units, so the smallest order is 12 of one product.

No. A lot is 12 of the same product in the same size, and you can order as many lots as you like.

Approved accounts can order all of our individual products. Bundles and multi-packs are not available wholesale.

A sold-out product cannot be backordered. Use the "Notify me when back in stock" button on its product page and we will email you when it returns.

Sign in with your approved email, open a product page, choose your quantity in lots of 12, add it to your cart and check out.

Wholesale pricing is 40% off our retail prices, and you see it as soon as you sign in.

No. Bundle discounts, subscribe and save, discount codes, free gifts and other offers shown on our site are for retail orders only.

By card at checkout. Your order confirmation email is your invoice.

No. Shop Pay and the express checkout buttons are not available on wholesale orders, so enter your card details at checkout.

Sales tax is charged where it applies, unless we hold a valid resale certificate for the state we ship to. Send a completed certificate with your application or by email later. Once we have checked it, we set your account up as tax exempt for future orders.

Standard shipping is free on wholesale orders within the United States.

Wholesale orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, the same as retail orders.

Not at this time. Wholesale accounts are for businesses in the United States.

Wholesale orders are final sale, and our 30-day money back guarantee is for retail orders only. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it.

In your practice or store and on your own website. Zerafite may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.

Under our Minimum Advertised Price policy, please advertise and list Zerafite products at no less than the retail prices shown on zerafite.com. You can match a promotion Zerafite is running on zerafite.com at the same time. Accounts that advertise or list below these prices may be closed. You'll acknowledge this policy when you apply.

Yes. Once your application is approved, we send our marketing materials in your welcome email.

A wholesale email cannot place regular retail orders, so use a different email address for personal purchases.

No. Each account is for one business, and orders ship to the name and address on your application.
